Hi .. Am facing some consequences nowadays and I feel the symptoms are regarding to scrizhophernia. How can I treat it without medications and how to overcome it from my thoughts. And imaginations sometimes I also feel hallucinations.😐😐can u please tell me what to do.. am irritated by it. I Am not understanding feels like am only doing but it's not done by me.
