Is PRP for hair loss safe?

Hi, I am a 50 year old male with thinning of hair. I visited a doctor and he suggested going for PRP. I wanted to understand how safe it is since it will be close to brain and side effects if any. Also, is there anyone who should not get this treatment?

PRP is complete safe procedure , it does not harm your brain or any membrane of brain because insulin injection is used during prp procedure and size id insulin injection is micro so it can only penetrate superficial dermis layer where our hair follicle is lying. PRP as name suggest that platelet rich therapy so our own body platelet use to stimulate hair follicle it does not react.

It is safe The brain is protected inside the skull PRP is only for scalp skin There are about 5 layers of coat between skin and brain Those with low platelets and PRP as stand alone treatment I mean it should be used in combination with medical treatment and not used alone
