Onabet is antifungal cream, not an antibiotic. Onabet is used topically for fungal infections like tinea . It’s sertaconazola, that’s azole group of antifungal .. kindly send photos of your skin lesions for further management and I would recommend not to take any self medications without doctors consultation.
