For allergic rhinitis, We do Allergen skin prick test do that you know what are u allergic to.thiz will help to avoid allergens. Medications yes steroid nasal spray snd antihistamines will help if used consistently for couple of months and then used on and off. Immunotherapy can be taken Take care
