Antiversoflexed uterus of regular size and morphology, with uneven myometrial ecostructure as for diffuse uterine fibromatosis.  The endometrial rhyme appears uneven, measuring 8 mm in maximum thickness.  Bilateral ovary in place, of normal size and morphology, with functional signs.  Douglas free of spills.
