Is my husband gay?

We have been married for 3 months and it's an arranged marriage. Our marriage is not yet consummated. He thinks of sex as an only means to have kids. A hug is enough to erect him and he comes with 3 or 4 strokes of dry humping fully dressed. He always has a fishy smell too. We tried for intercourse 3 times and he came thrice even before entering mine.
