Is memory foam mattress good in pregnanc

Hi, I am planning to buy a memory foam mattress for my wife who is 12 weeks pregnant now. We are currently using coir mattress. Since my wife is having body pains, I thought using a soft mattress like memory foam based might give some relief. After reading some online content about dangers of memory foam or PU foam, I am now confused whether to go for it. Could you please suggest in this regard. Thanks in advance, Satish.
