it is not bad for health if you do 4 - 6 times a week . but don't make it a habit . because anything you make it as.habit it will affect psychologically. and doing 4- 5 times and now if you dont have any physical health problem no.need to worry . try to concentrate on work or studies don't hamper it. i appreciate that you are doing exercise . if you do excessively it may cause impotence or sexual problem in future.
