For past year I got Dis at my notice,these bulging veins give me chills when looking. Though it doesn't pain,bt it seems too swollen while standing,its normal when I lie down,its on HD left testicles side,nd the size of the testis seems to change very once in a while,what should I do...I have attached a photo.
