Is it stress or what?

I have a normal lifestyle. I keep myself busy with work or household chores so I don't get the time to have negative thoughts but it appears I often get suicidal thoughts and feel like ending my life. I am a cheerful person. I always smile and keep things easy going but these negative thoughts are making my life a living hell. I tried to talk about it with a friend but I was unable to do so. My brother has noticed that I'm not happy and cheerful I was earlier. I even don't know what is wrong with me.

Good day my Friend,  i can understand your concern.  Negative thoughts are  associated with internal and external factors.  Means, any  trigger from your behaviors, characters, relationship, external environment, news etc can induce negative thoughts. Mind is a powerful magnet and it easily and quickly absorb such negative thoughts. Be aware,  every individual is unique due to their upbringing, culture, society, lifestyle, environment, food habits, education, family values etc. So there is no one fit solutions for all. General advices, Google search, youtube videos won't give better results in handling individual's emotional disturbance. You need a have  human touch  to ventilate your feeling and  emotions to identify the root cause of your problems . Then suitable solutions and therapies plan can be identified jointly. Appreciate if you can take the next by   talking to a counselor/psychologist. Go ahead and connect with any of us online for better understanding of your problems. Be positive. You will be alright soon.

Feel free to reach me online for further assistance and assessment of your physical and mental symptoms to recommend suitable non medicine alternative solutions.

Hi... There might be something bothering you inside which is not present in your immediate awareness. Our conscious mind is only 5%, subconscious mind is 15%, and unconscious mind is 80%. Possibly, there is something that you have repressed long back from your conscious mind, which is now surfacing in your subconscious or unconscious mind. Psychotherapy/Counselling will help you overcome this condition and get your repressed issues an exit.
