My clear/plastic retainers smell everyday. I wear it 20 hours a day. Can I clean my retainer with white vinegar or baking soda once a week?

Hey there! -You must clean your retainer every day with normal running water or use your tooth paste and a soft tooth brush as well. -Maintaining proper oral hygiene and cleaning retainer every day would help you deal with the smell issue. -You may even use denture cleaning agents to clean your retainer. -Baking soda can be potentially recommended to be used as a cleaning agent but you may use it once in a while by making a paste consistency.
