For a very long time now,I never really evacuated my bowels. I never thought it was strange until these past few years when I started to realise that my friends went to the toilet every day, which I understand is normal. I eat regularly and that too healthy,i eat more fiber n drink more water, I was always a healthy child so I don't understand the problem. before i used to defeacate twice a week,but now it became once a week n also it doesnt feel difficult whats wrong with me? any advices?
