I noticed this bump this morning on my penile shaft... From the looks does it seem like folliculitis or molluscum Contagiosum?

Greetings. More likely to be molluscum contagiosum. Hope you are practising safe sexual practices. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you for an evaluation, esp if you have had any high risk exposure and if sexual transmission is suspected.
