I have problem breathing at times. My chest is sometimes aching so hard. It was like my heart was stabbed with billions of needles and my heart seams to be blowing. And sometimes I can't breath properly. When my chest is aching I can't do the inhale exhale method because the more i inhale the more pain i get. What is my problem?
