Respected doctor, Is it safe to consume 1himalaya gasex tablt daily..when i sit in class for long hours i feel like something exploading inside my stomach i feel really embarassed with this and today i bought himalaya gasex ..so i want to knw wthr is it safe to consume himalaya gasex for 1mnth ...is there any side effects of himalaya gasex i rqst the doctors here to kindly answer my question Mny thnks in advance Rgards

Hello, gasex is safe, but you need to diagnosed properly from Ayurvedic physician. Than you can take the medicine he prescribed you

Yes.. no problem. But u need to analyse y u r getting so much flatulence... Start ur day with 300 ml of hot water in empty stomach. And avoid potato n other foods which causes gas. Take food on time...

It will be best to consult a doctor nearby and take medicines according to the proper diagnosis.Usually Gasex has no side effects.but there have many different medicines in ayurveda for single problems,a doctor can select proper medicine as per rogi pariksha and dhosha ,dhooshya assessment.
