Hello If you feel that your kid can't see well than I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

Headache is are a non specific symptom most of the time and resolves by itself. Headache with blurring vision could be as simple as having a refractive error (sign of spectacle need). However, persistent headache with blurring of vision of recent onset associated with a bit of disorientation should not be neglected. The disorientation part is disturbing. These constellation of symptoms may be a sign of raised intracranial pressure i.e. raised pressure in the brain (due to some reason which needs to be explored) leading to swelling of the optic nerves.
Next Steps
You should consult an eye specialist immediately. In addition to checking for the refractive error (power in eye), a dilated retinal examination must be done to rule out optic disc swelling.
