My baby is 7weeks now.. But recently he poos once in two or three days... Or attimes poos just little after a warm bath...and he fart so frequently and very smelly...folds his legs, arch his back, stretch a lot especially when sleeping...doesn't sleep alot at night...poo texture is soft.. Pasty... But he takes breastmilk alone and nothing else... 4.5kg at birth

First 3 months the child can remain cranky on off, not to worry too much related to that. Till 6 months can pass motion 10-12 times per day also, so what you told is normal. Continue breastfeeding.

That's fine, it's normal. Baby is adjusting. As long as baby is feeding will, active, passing urine 5-6 times, continue the same.
