Is haemangioma on tongue dangerous

Haemangioma is present since from my childhood. A few years ago , I consulted with doctor in   Aiims , they injected one injection after that they asked to come after 3 month . And screening. Due to covid, I am not able to checkup or screening test . I visited to another hospital. Without screening they ask to buy the injection. They will inject the injection. So my concern.. almost 2 yrs completed.. I am not able to  proper checkup . Can I wait for few months more when covid suitation will come down. is haemangioma is dangerous in future. If I delay in treatment.

U need to show ua lesion on a video consultation to know the extend, if it has increased in sized may lead to major bleeding with minor trauma. Therefore needs to get it checked.
