Is Endoscopy necessary

For changes of liver parenchymal disease found on usg abdomen with mild splenomegaly and sgpt 52 (70 years old); No jaundice , blood, ascites etc symptoms; Has Left abdominal pain, morning cough, and acidity;   Is endoscopy inevitable to treat liver??  Is there alternative? Are liver related blood test and scans sufficient to diagnose the cause? Please help. Thanks

Liver disease doesn't requires Endoscopy... Liver function tests (blood reports) and radiological investigations are sufficient For acidity lifestyle modifications, drinking liberal amount of water, avoiding fried foods and taking meals on time along with small frequent meals.
