Is Ecosprin 75 safe for me and baby.

I am 4 weeks pregnant and my gynaecologist advised to take Ecosprin 75, is it safe to me and my baby especially when I have piles. I have a histroy of pre eclampsia in my previous pregnancy.

You need to show your blood reports along with past obstetric history to help you advise better on this . Also we need to see your scan report along with betahcg.
