Is cerelac stage one safe for jaundice

My dog has been diagnosed with tick fever and jaundice. She is taken for drip where they also give her 3 injections through IV and one injection (something like opleran ) every four days for four times. She is being given neeri,Hepamerz,udiliv and liv52 and is not eating any thing. Is cerelac stage one allowed during jaundice if she willingly eats?
