Irrutation in throat and heavy chest

I on covid recovery and passed 29days now,  Continued with steam and hot water intake but during those 14 days i never had problem with throat but now havving throat irritation often and chest feel heavy.. try to cough out mutiple times in a day but no result as this is persistant from last 15 days im bit worried now
