My wife is having irritation while passing urine, and having severe pain in Lower abdomen and back. There is constant urge to pee but urine is normal slight yellow. Has been suffering from past 3 days

It's a UTI she is suffering from ,give her an antibiotic course along with syrup citralka thrice a day,drink lots of water and take urispas if there is pain too.
