Irritation while passing stool

I have a rather discreet question. I had anal sex on 5th July. About a week later I feel irritation around the anus. It is similar to what one would feel after eating spicy food. Today is the 4th day of the sensation. It makes passing stool in convinient.

U might have developed anal erosion or anal fissure. It’s known as burning sensation while defecating and which persist even after passing stool.
