Irritation outside of tear ducts

I am having irritation in outside of tear duct of my right eye from last week. I use lubrex eyedrops but now I have stopped using it since I have been feeling irritated. My eye no. Is -2.75 in both eyes myopia.

Hi..may be there is some infection? Can try using zaha eye ointment massage for couple of days at night ?
