Irritation on using Moxigram KT

According to my doctor, I have very dry eyes, due to this there are some white deposition in my eyes. Doctor prescribed me Moxigram KT and Eyemist Forte. But whenever I use Moxigram KT, it gives me irritation and burning sensation in my eyes. Is it normal? When I use Eyemist Forte my eyes cools down.
