Irritation on skin of forearm

I have small bumps covering both my forearms. They begin to itch n turn red when exposed to sunlight. The problem started with a small patch and now it has covered the whole area. Kindly advice. Thank u

It could be fungal infection or eczema due to sunlight which we call polymorphic light eruption. It can be treated. Please don't use soap over that area. Please call me and visit me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
