Irritation in urinary tract and bladder

From one week there is irration during urination and feel in the bladder also. There is weakness akso. And numbness in the left leg and sometimes the sole of the feet gets heated and then comes to normal. Plz advice proper treatment.

We need to do blood urine test and usg scan. Find out the cause and treat accordingly
