Hello doc, I frequently have irritated throat particularly in left side in every 15 days or so from last 3 months. The left throat and left ear feel kind of shut.. Today my left tongue at d back near throat is also feeling irritated. I thought it may be ulcer. I was checking my tongue in mirror and found 3 symmetric swellings at both sides. R these normal? What may be the issue? I am unable to visit doc due to covid situation outside. Please suggest. I have attached the picture and highlighted the areas. Please check. It's not that clear as its difficult to take pic at back of tongue. Thanks in advance.
