Irritation in the anus

I always feel itchy in my anus when I pass stool and I found a small kind of boil. It always irritates when I pass stool and whatever I try it doesn't go away. I sometimes feel it's a kind of fissure but it's not. Please suggest me on which doctor to consult and what treatment to go through.
