Irritation in private part

I am feeling irritation in my private part for two days and also frequent urination is there. i had gone through the same problem earlier two years back but it was cured by medicines. The diagnosys was the infection. pls suggest any medicines or treatment.i am out of my home and today is sunday and there is no doctor nearby me. pls help.
