I have been phimotic from childhood . But yesterday my foreskin came off . I found white substances on my internal skin. When researched came to know they are called smegma. Now I have to wear tight shorts if not thebln whenever it touches the cloth it hurts. Also if touched by fingers my penis hurts (upper part which used to be covered by foreskin). Please help my I in deepest horrors of what to do . Even if I get erection I feel pain in my outer skin. As if it doesn't want to expand.
