I have tremor all over body ..specially when i rest or wake up in morning... is it Parkinson's disease ????

Please Show to Neurologist. It can be other than parkinsonism too. At your age Parkinson is not seen...usually. Upper motor disease etc. Multiple sclerosis etc. Neurologist will diagnose. Regards-Dr.Gaurav Mohan from Physio Hut.
