Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your symptoms and concerns. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) can be challenging to manage, especially with symptoms like upper abdominal pain, the urge to defecate after eating, and alternating constipation and soft stools. While Normaxin RT can help manage some symptoms, dietary adjustments are crucial in managing IBS effectively. Here are some general dietary tips that may help: - **Fiber:** Incorporate soluble fiber (like oats, bananas, and apples) gradually to help regulate bowel movements. - **Hydration:** Drink plenty of water throughout the day. - **Small Meals:** Eat smaller, more frequent meals to avoid overloading your digestive system. - **Avoid Triggers:** Identify and avoid foods that trigger your symptoms, such as fatty foods, caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods. - **Low FODMAP Diet:** Consider trying a low FODMAP diet, which can help reduce symptoms in many IBS patients. However, it is important to tailor your diet to your specific needs and symptoms. I recommend a detailed consultation to create a personalized management plan for your IBS. Please feel free to reach out to me directly for a consultation. You can contact me on WhatsApp at **eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two**. Take care
