Hello sir what ayurvedic medicines can I take for irritable bowel syndrome.

Yup in Ayurveda it is describe under Grahni roga...and there is tremendous results for IBS i have seen in my practise...i prescribing some medicines have it u urself will see the results...its very irritating i knw to go for washroom again n again in morning and after every meal...

Try to correct ur lifestyle because these most of digestion problems cure fast by life style modification... And imp thing is that dont take stress because in these hectic life style these stress will detoriate ur condition... Avoid green pepper,black pepper,curd and food which is cooked one day before... Take luke warm water... Drink water only when u have thirst avoid overdrinking of water... Avoid indigestion..if have hunger of 3 chapati eat only 2 n half... Drink Butter milk avoid curd...
