hello..... These are nothing but the plain moles what u have on the face. Glad that u attached the photos which helps in noticing the size. For such small moles, the plasma or cryotherapy works better. Its the simple procedure which u can get done by any skin specialist. Cost depends upon the place where u get it done and the procedure, varies accordingly.. Cannot commit on that. But yeah, at our place u can consider it approx 800-1k per mole.
