Hello doctor I regularly get periods on 18/25 but from last two months 14 days before periods I am getting little spotting doctor told me to do ultrasound ultrasound report .I did ultrasound report after my periods on 9th day of follicular study says : ET -8.6 mm Mean follicular study in mm Left ovary : 23mm Right ovary: nop No cyst on either sides Is this report normal ? Do I need to worry? Or do any extra test.

You get done TSH , prolactin also.. And if this Ultrasound s done on day 3 of periods then this thickness is more.. Your symptoms could be due to endometrial polyp or hormonal imbalance or ovarian cyst
