Hi Doctor,I have irregular periods from past one year.I was asked to do abdomen scan and diagonised as Bilateral Follicular Cysts.I have taken treatment and periods are regular.Past 2 month onwards again I have irregular periods and diagniosed as Bilateral PCOD.Size is 38x2.0 cms both sides with central stome. Does this requires surgery?How to resolve problem with diet and get regular periods? Request help Thanks
