Irregular periods last longer than 10day

I have cyst from the past 4years. I have been consulting homeopath. There was a time when i did not had periods for 2-3 months. However, after taking medicines periods started. The issue is the periods occur late.. it never happens on the same date. However, now the issue from the last 4months is it is staying longer than usual.. it lasts for 10-15 days.. After seeking medication it again stops.. I just want to know what is the issue exactly.. is it any sign of fear.. I should be worried about?

Hi. If possible then do ultrasound of pelvis. Do CBC blood sugar levels fasting and pp thyroid function tests. Tc
