I missed my periods from past three months and only after having medicine I got them. So went for blood test in that I got to know that I have thyroid and suddenly my weight also started increasing along with hair fall.let me know what medication I should undergo. These days I am also noticing sudden itching on my hands along with grains on my hand

Irregular mene se,hairball,weight gain are due to Thyroid. You should visit endocrinology doctor.
