I am not having the normal periods flow even though this is my date.....there is only some spots of blood tgat also maybe for once in a day....and the rest of the day no flow. What should i do now?

Hi. If you r sexually active then do urine Pregnancy test first.  If negative then you can have vit c tabs , you will get normal period.
