Irregular periods

Hi, I skipped my periods by 2 months. I have checked my pregnancy tests which is negative. And I have also consulted to the doctor from practo. He prescribed me some medicine but my periods didn't came. Please suggest me what should i do. FYI : I have taken the Primolut N tablet and M2 tone syrup for 1 whole week. I have attached prescription of the doctor in this question. Thanks
