If you have irregular periods and need Glycomet you most probably have a condition called PCOD. You may find that it is harder to conceive when you have this because the ovary does not release an egg predictably. If you are not pregnant within six months of trying please seek help from a fertility specialist who will guide you better. It is worth getting help sooner with getting pregnant as it avoids a lot of stress and disappointment that happens if you leave it too long. hope this helps
