I have always been a plumpy kid and as a grown-up I am average. I have really struggled with exercise and diet to maintain 55kilo with height 5.1. I don't have any other health condition than sinus.. my menstrual are fine from 20-25days when I do yoga,zumba but I get in 15days exact with cranberry color blood if I do weights,gym,jogging etc. HB-11.6
