I have two month ammenhoroia and after period on 5th my right ovary volume is about 70 cc and a follicular simple cyst in right ovary approx 63 cc volume.

May be you have hormonal imbalance you should go for another test like fsh ,Lhthyroid profile  blood sugar,then we decide your further treatment
