Irregular periods and bleeding

I have irregular periods since from last 1 year and I had taken Overall-L tab for 6 months during that period my periods were regular.And I stopped it 7 months back.But now again I am facing the same issue with irregular bleeding as well.I have bleeding since from last 15 days with less flow.

Hi. It may be due to any hormonal imbalance. It may be pcod.Do all hormone tests for pcod and then  meet dr. If pcod then do regular exercise.
