I have a retroverted uterus with some small cysts and from last few years i am having this spotting issue before my periods which last a week or more before bleeding starts. Having heavy pain during this time. I consulted doctors several time but problem not solved. I have tried Hystone 10 mg tabs but still spooting continues, thn doctor ask to use a higher dose, and i took Hyston 15 mg. But after that my spotting for the month stopped. But periods not resume back though pain is there. Plz help
