I haven't had my period for a few months ever since I quit sugar entirely. Is there a direct relationship between my sugar consumption and irregular periods?

There is connection between sugar and diet and menstrual problems. Have you got any tests like blood tests hormonal profile or any sonography. Have you taken any treatment? Please consult gynecologist
