I m 26 years old..i m unmarried and suffering from irregular menstrual cycle for very first time ...befor this i have my period on time ..this month i dont havemy period..nd in last teo month's period i found brown color blodd and less bleeding ...my hemoglobon is 12.4.. What is the reason behind this

abnormal periods can be because of stess/infection/change of place/pregnancy complications/hormonal change ...like thyroid or prolactin disorder. visit good gynecologist for further investigations to find out the cause n for management.
