Hello, I am 43yrs old trying to conceive. I usually have a regular cycle ranging from 24- 29days but I have been having longer cycles 32, 41, 69 and even 70 days interspaced with my usual cycle range within the last 8 months. It is important to state that I had a myomectomy 2yrs ago but my period resumed a month after regular. I am confused and worried. Please, what could be responsible for this change. What should I do? Thanks!
